Eligibility

Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. By purchasing a course, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method.

Refund policy

If a course disappoints, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you watched under 20% of the lessons.

• Refund eligibility is assessed using our lesson progress metrics and purchase history.
• We may deny refunds for suspected abuse, repeated refund requests, or violation of these Terms.
• Processing times depend on your payment method and financial institution.

Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or government assessments associated with your purchases unless we state otherwise at checkout.

Course materials (including videos, text, worksheets, quizzes, and code samples) are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use unless we expressly state otherwise.

• You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish, or publicly perform course materials.
• You may not remove watermarks or proprietary notices.
• We retain all rights, title, and interest in the services and content not explicitly granted to you.

If you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and incorporate that feedback without compensation to you.

You agree not to misuse our services. This includes any unlawful conduct, scraping, or abuse that interferes with normal operation or other users’ access.

Prohibited behavior includes

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks.
• Using automated tools to extract data or content without our written permission.
• Uploading malicious code, exploiting vulnerabilities, or conducting denial-of-service attacks.
• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or content that violates applicable law.
